Every engineer contributes to system design, participates in architecture reviews, and has direct visibility into how their work performs in production. There are no handoffs to separate operations teams.
What We Work On
Our projects involve distributed system design, event-driven architectures, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, real-time data pipelines, and AI system integration. The problems are technically demanding and require engineers who think in systems, not just features.
We work across cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, observability tooling, and production deployment automation. Each project brings different domain constraints that shape the engineering approach.
How We Work
Small teams with clear ownership. Each team operates with engineering autonomy — choosing tools, designing interfaces, and making technical tradeoffs within the context of the system they are building.
We prioritise deep work over meetings, written communication over synchronous calls, and shipping working systems over producing slide decks. Engineering time is protected.
