What We Build

Typical work we deliver.

These are representative examples of the systems we design and build — based on our team's capabilities and the problems we focus on. They are illustrative, not specific client projects.

A note on transparency: The examples below reflect the kind of work we are built to deliver — not fabricated client testimonials. If you have a similar problem, we'd be glad to discuss what a real engagement would look like.

Internal tooling · E-commerce

Operations Dashboard for a Multi-Tool E-commerce Team

The Problem

A growing online retailer manages orders, inventory, and supplier updates across separate platforms — typically Shopify, a spreadsheet or two, and a logistics portal. Reconciliation is manual, slow, and error-prone.

Our Approach

We'd build a single internal dashboard that pulls live data from each source, surfaces reorder alerts, and handles reconciliation automatically. One view, no copy-pasting, fewer mistakes.

Mobile App for Field Teams Stuck on Desktop Software

The Problem

Field technicians often have scheduling and job-tracking tools that only work on desktop. In practice, jobs get tracked in WhatsApp, photos are emailed manually, and the back office spends hours chasing updates.

Our Approach

A lightweight React Native app that shows technicians their jobs for the day, lets them log status and photos on-site, and syncs back to the office automatically. Offline-capable so it works without a reliable signal.

~1–2 hrsper day saved per technician
Zero emailsneeded for routine updates
Typical timeline: 10–12 weeks

Automation · SaaS

Automated Onboarding Flow for a SaaS Product

The Problem

Early-stage SaaS teams often onboard customers manually — provisioning accounts, setting up billing, and sending welcome sequences by hand. It works at 10 customers. It breaks at 100.

Our Approach

We'd connect the existing tools (CRM, billing, product) with a simple automation layer so that account setup, billing activation, and the welcome flow all trigger automatically at sign-up. No ops bottleneck.
