1. Acceptance

By using https://folksio.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide custom software engineering including websites, applications, CRMs, integrations and related work. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or contract.

3. Intellectual Property

Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner. All deliverables transfer to you upon receipt of full payment, as specified in the project agreement.

4. Payment

Payment terms are defined per quote or contract. Late payments may incur additional fees as stated in the agreement.

5. Warranties & Liability

Work is performed professionally and to agreed specifications. No implied warranties extend beyond the agreed scope. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the signed contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
